Jaymes Willoughby

Jaymes Willoughby has been helping Central Texas families buy and sell real estate since 1984. Over four decades, he has guided thousands of clients through every kind of market and built the JW Home Team around one belief: every client deserves strategy, communication, and a team that truly has their back.

As a Certified Real Estate Planner, Jaymes looks beyond the transaction to how each decision fits a client's bigger picture. He's known for creative solutions, from seller financing to complex investment and estate situations, and for developing the team's signature seller strategies, including Launch Before List™ and the Certified Pre-Owned Home Program.

Outside of real estate, Jaymes is a passionate animal rescue advocate, and the team proudly sponsors adoption fees for clients who bring home a rescue pet.
